About Me
After earning a BDes in Visual Communication Design from the University of Alberta, I carved out a path at the intersection of systems thinking, user advocacy, and visual storytelling. My early career in consulting and agency environments sharpened my ability to design digital products from the ground up—often wearing many hats as a designer, researcher, and strategist.
Today, I’m based in Edmonton, Alberta, and work as a Senior Product Designer at Aurora Solar, where I design thoughtful, scalable tools to help commercial solar professionals streamline complex workflows and achieve their business goals. I lead design across two core product teams, tackling deeply technical challenges that span the entire solar project lifecycle—from sales to system design to installation.
With over seven years of experience across UX, product, and graphic design, I bring a strategic, systems-thinking mindset to every problem. I thrive in discovery conversations with users and believe great design starts with listening—translating insights into intuitive solutions that balance user value with business impact. My work spans mobile and web platforms, and often centers on simplifying workflows, mapping user journeys, and embedding guidance where people need it most.
I’m energized by mission-driven teams and the belief that good design is a team sport. As technology continues to evolve, I’m passionate about building tools that are not only usable—but equitable, sustainable, and rooted in real human needs.
When I’m not designing, you can find me on a trail run, creating nature-inspired art, or getting lost in the outdoors. 🌲
